Pressure valve regulator & strainer installation

Pressure valve regulator & strainer installation

Our Caretaker and Trustees sanctioned the installation of a pressure valve regulator and strainer. This is of significant use to the Stone Forest community as its main purpose is to reduce the water pressure into the complex which will in turn limit the damage to our plumbing infrastructure. The strainer prevents our pipes from clogging up with unwanted material further improving the durability of our water system.

A big thank you to the Caretaker and trustees for taking this initiative which will benefit all of Stone Forest's residents.

Leak fixing project in the complex (on-going)

Our caretaker and trustees have taken it upon themselves to put all efforts possible in mending all leaks that are in the complex. Unfortunately due to the poor material used by the developers, we have found this task to be quite the challenge. This however has not discouraged us and we will continue do do all we can to tackle all leaks that are located in the complex.

Repainting and waterproofing the boundary wall. Illegal parking spot covered.

Our complex Caretaker spotted that our boundary had cracks and starting to tilt. This was addressed timely before the rainy season which avoided a bigger expense for the complex in the long run. The wall had to be re-enforced and repainted.

Attempts to clear out the dump area at the back of the complex.

The damp area at the back of the complex seemed to have been getting worse over time and starting to affect our boundary walls. In efforts to tackle this issue, our Caretaker instructed garden services to dig trenches which allow for the water to drain out.
